​Subway Journey is a poster that shows my journey from the gym to my apartment. The content consists of the information gathered during the journey — sight, sound, smell, etc. The challenge was to design a composition that is entirely composed of typography elements; letters, words, lines, and paragraphs. The typography hierarchy within the design shows the logical ordering of textual information — from the point locations to numbers, subway signs, advertisements, and lastly conversations. The grid system I used is inspired by the subway map, or the Manhattan's grid system, which goes horizontal and vertical direction only.
