La Jetée is a short video that I made for a class project in my first year at Parsons. The assignment was to create moving
texts of any audio of our own choice — I did mine on La Jetée.
La Jetée is a 1962 French black and white movie that tells the story of a post-nuclear war experiment in time travel. In my video, I chose to animate the ending scene of the movie because of its striking narration. I thought it was the perfect choice to visualize the dark message behind the movie into moving texts.
